Shipping & Delivery

Free delivery is for standard shipping within Australia only. For international shipments, She Weaves Me Knot will contact the buyer to arrange shipping costs and delivery method. Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. A notification will be shared with you once the order has been dispatched, along with tracking information. Delivery dates will vary depending on location and the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of sheweavesmeknot.com.au.

For all international shipments, the buyer/importer is responsible for any additional customs taxes or import duties. We pack each order with the utmost care and protection, however, we do not take responsibility for any potential damage to the items and or loss of items whilst in transit. We strongly suggest the buyer to opt for including item value insurance due to the nature of our bespoke pieces. Please let us know if you would like us to arrange this for your order.
